Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Question: Are garbanzo beans and chickpeas the same thing?
Answer: yes
Ingredients:
1 15 oz can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans (1 1/2 cups), drained
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 14 oz package of firm tofu, drained
8 Medjool dates, pitted and mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup plant-based milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Using a blender, pulse until smooth.
Line a springform pan with parchment paper,
Bake for 40 minutes.
Cool, remove the paper, and move to the refrigerator.
