Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic

1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Throughly coat and place in roasting pan. Stir frequently to brown evenly. Roast for 30-45 minutes.
