No Milk Pancakes
1 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup lemon lime soda
1 egg
1 tbsp canola oil
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Since this recipe has oil in it, you may use a non-stick pan without the need for any additional oil during cooking.
